The FreeGo Electric Bike Guarantee

If during the first 12 months your FreeGo electric bike malfunctions and cannot be repaired within 5 working days it will be replaced with a new electric bike. This guarantee, unique to FreeGo Electric Bikes, shows FreeGo's confidence in their products (available to the original purchaser not transferrable)

Warranty
All Freego Electric Bikes come with Warranties. The seperate components have different warranties periods ranging from 1 to 4 years (2 year Battery Warranty & 4 Year Frame Warranty).

Quality
Each bike is hand-made in FreeGo's factory in China where local management ensures the quality of workmanship.

Delivery
All About The Bike fully assembles & tests all FreeGo electric bikes before dispatching to their new owners. On receipt all you need to do is turn & tighten the handlebars. pop the pedals on and charge the battery

After-Care
Once the bike has been sold that isn't the end of it. We are here to make sure your bike stays in top condition as much as possible and so we provide an aftersale servicing and repair service.
