The 2012 Discovery 401 is a mean fast hybrid suitable for speeding across town or along light cinder paths. A sleek lightweight alloy frame and fork coupled with 24 speed Shimano road gearing are designed to let the bike glide across the tarmac.  The wheels are built strong using double wall alloy and the Vittoria tyres offer fast rolling puncture protection. Don’t be fooled by its sleek exterior the 401 is still a work horse and features mounts for a rear carrier and mudguards.

How will my Dawes Discovery be delivered?

All Dawes Bikes are delivered fully assembled as required by Dawes to validate your warranty. Many of our competitors simply send out their bikes in factory condition which require you to assemble and leave you without Dawes waranty conditions satisfied. On receipt simply turn/tighten the handlebars and pop the pedals on. When checking out please select standard delivey to the appropriate zone - full assembly is included as standard!
