All About The Bike is the sister site of All About The Home the web specialist in everything around the home from lawnmowers to sheds and alarms to trailers. In recent times AATH home expanded to become an Independent Bike Dealer (IBD) utilising decades of experience in the sport at the highest but also the lowest level! With over 40 years in the sport we like to think we offer our customers that little bit more than the average bike dealer. So often is the case that you call in at your local bike shop or ring web shops only to be faced with a know it all arrogance and you're left feeling that "if i ask that question they'll think I'm stupid". We're pleased to say that's not the case with All About The Bike. Whilst we have vast experience and specialist knowledge we appreciate that alot of our customers don't. We are always more than happy to answer any questions you may have and share our experience with you.

Pricing

Our ethos on pricing is that we will always offer you our very best price all through the year. You won't see 10% off vouchers, sales prices, inflated rrps or price matching - just honest pricing. We believe that every dealer should offer you, the customer, the best price all the time.

Clear & Upfront

AATB has tried to make its site clear, straighforward, upfront & fair. This is how we have achieved this.

Categories - Clear logical categories which lead you where you want to go through the title. If you know what you want we have provided a shop by brand category which will take you all products for each manufacturer.

Descriptions - we aim to give you as much information about each item to assist you make an informed purchase but if you need further information please feel free to contact us.

VAT - VAT inclusive prices. No nasty shocks in checkout!

Delivery Charges - AATB's policy is not to profit from delivery charges. In fact we make a loss on nearly all our postage charges. Postage is also calculated on an accumulative weight basis so the more you buy the cheaper it is. To check how much delivery is for an item simply add it to the cart and the amount will be shown. Its just as easily removed.

Questions - Customers are always welcome to ring or mail. We offer a friendly polite service and will always assist. If we are unable to assist with your query straightaway we will always return your call with an answer. All questions sent by mail will receive a personal response. We do not send automated mails. 

Dispatch Times - If there is to be a delay greater than 3 days in the dispatch of your item we will always make contact to establish if you are happy to wait. We never assume that a delay is acceptable.

Payment Processing - All our payment options are secure and encrypted. We believe that we should not take payment from our customers until we are in a position to dispatch the item. When payment is made by Credit/Debit card or through Google we only secure an authorisation on your card. It is only when the item is prepared for dispatch is you card charged.
